2024 Ballots - Voting on Propositions

This article addresses the 7 Propositions on our November 5 ballots and provides recommendations for voting by the Colorado Democratic Party. Five of these Propositions were placed on the ballot by citizen initiatives (assigned a Proposition number). The remaining two Propositions were placed on the ballot by the Legislature (assigned a double letter code). Wherever the Colorado Democratic Party said “No Position Taken”, we explain the reasons and show what yes and no voting choices entail. Please note that VOTE NO on Proposition 131 is important. Senator Bennet also wrote a letter (included below) to support his NO vote on 131.
